• Certain Services may require payment of fees. By enrolling or subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees.

• There is no refund and adjustment of payment once done using our platform.

• We are not responsible for any transaction or payment done on third party platform. 

• We don't authorize nor responsible for payment done to any person(s) or company(ies).

• We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the business.

• Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. We may delete or deactivate your account and all related information.

• There is no full or partial refund, on termination or deletion of your services or account, due to any reason.

• Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, YBI Foundation, its affiliates, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Services.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless YBI Foundation, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your use of our Services.

• These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to them will be governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

• You agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration in Delhi, India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on our website. Changes will be effective when posted, with the updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
